Sandbox
For a COMPANY the first 3 months of use of the Sandbox are for free irrespective of the size of the used data space – for the purpose of testing the system and a decision as to whether have the ownership structure certified via the CERTIFIX software.
After the initial three months of free use the use of the Sandbox by the company will be charged:

Verificator
For a PUBLIC INSTITUTION the use of the Verificator is for free irrespective of the time used until it reaches the assigned data space limit – for the purpose of creating its own ownership structures or verification of completeness of submitter ownership structures.

Certification for COMPANIES
The following table indicates the main contributions for companies for certification of ownership structures and the method of calculation of these contributions.

CertifixID 
is granted by the Certificator to the registering legal person and controlling subjects in its corporate ownership structure.
TransparencyID 
is granted by the Certificator to the whole corporate ownership structure of the legal person which registered this own ownership structure (the registering legal person). TransparencyID can be used together with CertifixID.

To get the access by public or financial institution it is necessary to contact us for the purpose of signing a memorandum or a licence agreement (Contacts).
If you are a public institution, you can use in addition for free a NON.CERTIFIX database.
Referral programme – for COMPANIES and INSTITUTIONS
If you recommend certification by CertifixID and TransparencyID to another legal person which upon its certification indicates your “referral code” and successfully certifies its own ownership structure, you will automatically obtain a discount in the amount of 5 % of this certification as bonus credit which you can use for decrease your payments in the framework of use of the CERTIFIX software.
The bonus credit cannot be paid out and if you do not use it within 12 months from its reception, you will lose it irreversibly. The bonus credit used (deducted) cannot exceed the amount on the invoice in question. You obtain the bonus credit at the moment of any successfully performed and paid first certification upon which the certifying registering legal person indicated your Referral code.
Example: If you recommend to another company from another so far non-certified corporate onwership structure to get certified via CERTIFIX software and that this company certifies itself as registrering legal person and further 3 controlling subjects within its corporate ownership structure – for ex. 2 parent and 1 subsidiary subject – plus one beneficial owner thanks to which the registering legal person and the three controlling corporate subjects obtain the CertifixID, the certification price for this company recommended by you is for this company 125 EUR and you receive a bonus credit of 6.25 EUR.
